Perla Nera OÜ (“we”, “us”), a private limited company based in Tallinn, Estonia (EU). We operate perlaneraou.com and selected ventures including italiasapori.com and flighttheory.com.

What data we process

• Technical data (IP, device, pages visited) collected only if you enable analytics cookies.
• Order/operational data processed on our ventures (handled on the respective sites).

Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)

• Responding to inquiries — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and consent from the contact form.
• Analytics — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Disabled by default until you opt in via the cookie banner.
• Contract performance — when providing services you request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Data retention

Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required to follow up on your request or legal obligations. Analytics data follows the retention of the provider used.
